We have built a full project management system for users who routinely manage larger projects with set stages/tasks incorporated in the final build/project. Create the project, add the customer from the customers list. Create the required stages and tasks within each stage. Assign each stage or sub-task to specific trades (Who can view their stage/task, set the completion state and add photos etc) This auto creates a lovely project timeline for sharing with the customer as a live digital page, where any updated stage complete marks show. Or as a nice PDF brochure to send as any new updates on the project occur. Payments - Handled, all in one cost for the project or break it down into staged payments. Automatically created and updated as a quote, or invoice ready to send. Deposits are also taken care of as an option. Look out for the showcase page coming once further testing happens!
