Never miss another job. Ever.

Victoria answers when you can't — 24/7. She gives rough prices, books quote visits, and handles emergency callouts — like a seasoned office receptionist, just without the salary, the sick days, or the holiday pay.

Two numbers, one Victoria.

Keep your existing business number — we set Victoria up on a brand-new forwarding line that sits quietly behind it, so you don't need to reprint a single van, card, or invoice. Pro & Crew also get a private Admin line for hands-free Owner Mode from the van — so customers never hit a PIN prompt and your admin sessions never clutter the customer call log.

Hi, it's Victoria from PSV Electrical — how can I help?
My fuse board keeps tripping — half the house has no power!
Sounds like an emergency. Callout's £85 for the first hour, then £35/hr. I'll take your details and Phill will ring you straight back with an ETA.

The Cost

Every missed call is a job lost to your competitor.

You're up a ladder. Hands in a fuse box. Driving between jobs. The phone rings — voicemail picks up. Most callers don't leave one. They just call the next name on Google. That's a £240 callout, gone. Multiply that across a week and the maths gets ugly.

"My RCD has tripped."

Victoria will run through an emergency callout — empathy, safety guidance, callout fee, taking your details. Then she'll wrap up and "log" the callout into the demo dashboard below.

This is a demo. No real tradesperson is contacted, no real callout is booked. For a genuine emergency, call 999 (fire/medical) or 105 (power cut).

Demo calls auto-end after 3 mins · one try per number every 10 mins.

How it works

Set up in 5 minutes. Earning you back hours from day one.

1

Get a UK number

Provisioned automatically when you activate. This is the forwarding destination — your customers carry on dialling your existing business number; the AI number sits behind the scenes.

2

Train Victoria

Set her name, your manual price list, opening greeting, and emergency callout fee. Takes about 3 minutes.

3

Forward your phone

One-line dial code on your mobile sets up call forwarding for unanswered calls. No app to install — your phone still rings first.

4

Sit back

Real diary slots offered, customer auto-created, draft quote ready, Google Calendar updated. Emergencies push + SMS to your mobile. Every call transcribed.

Step 3 in detail

Setup is one dial code. Honestly.

On your existing mobile, dial:

**61*[your AI number]**20#

That's the standard UK forward-on-no-answer code. Works on EE, Vodafone, Three and O2 — no app, no carrier portal. Your phone rings first for 4–5 rings; if you don't pick up, Victoria takes the call.

Heads up — the AI number is private. Customers keep dialling your normal business number; this AI number is just where unanswered calls get sent. The area code on it doesn't need to be local unless you choose to advertise it directly (e.g. on your van or website) — which most users don't.
You always see who's calling first

What's in the box

Built for tradespeople, not call centres.

Victoria is purpose-built for sole traders and small firms. Every feature solves a real on-the-tools problem.

Pick her name

Call her Victoria, Charlotte, James — whatever fits your brand. She introduces herself with it on every call, in a warm British accent. Calm, friendly, ready to roll.

Emergency callout triage

Hears 'tripping fuse', 'no power', 'leak', 'gas smell' — confirms it's urgent, quotes your callout fee, takes details, pings your mobile instantly.

Books real diary slots

Checks your actual availability + Google Calendar before offering slots, then auto-creates the customer, draft quote, and calendar event. No invented slots, no manual data entry.

In/Out of hours pricing

Two callout fees, one for working hours, one for evenings/weekends. Auto-detects current time and quotes correctly.

Push + SMS alerts

Every booking pings your phone. Emergencies trigger high-priority push AND SMS to your fallback mobile — belt and braces.

Smart pricing

Add your own quick-job price list. Victoria gives callers a rough ballpark on the phone, then books a free quote visit so you can confirm the actual cost based on the real conditions. Anything not on your list books straight to a quote visit — she never invents a number.

Full call transcripts

Every call recorded, transcribed, and searchable. See exactly what Victoria said and what was promised.

Transfers when she can't help

Customer asks something Victoria isn't sure about? She offers to transfer to your mobile, or take a message — your choice.

UK compliance built in

Your number sits behind a Twilio UK Regulatory Bundle — fully compliant for UK voice telephony.

Emergency Callouts

The job that pays the rent
shouldn't go to voicemail.

Emergency callouts are your highest-margin work. Victoria treats them differently — confirming it's urgent, quoting the right fee for in or out-of-hours, and getting your phone buzzing within seconds with the customer's details.

  • 27 trigger keywords — tripping, no power, sparks, leak, gas smell, burning smell, flooding…
  • Auto in-hours / out-of-hours fee detection
  • Hourly rate after first hour built in
  • Customer details + address captured before the call ends
  • High-priority push notification + SMS to your mobile
  • Logged separately from quote bookings — see live emergencies at a glance

Smart SMS Fallback

Bad signal? Sore throat?
She just texts the link.

When a call gets unworkable — dodgy reception, the caller can't speak clearly, or an address keeps getting mangled — Victoria politely offers to text the booking link so the customer can finish on their own time. The job still lands, the call ends in 45 seconds instead of 3 minutes, and nobody loses their temper.

  • Caller says 'the signal's bad' or 'I'm in traffic'
  • Sore throat, cold, or anything making speech hard
  • Hearing or speech accessibility needs
  • Complex name or address getting repeatedly misheard
  • Caller just prefers to do it by text

Why this matters: Average call-then-fail costs ~3 minutes of API time and loses the customer. SMS pivot clocks in around 45 seconds, keeps the booking intact, and the customer finishes it from their sofa with full signal.

Hello, PSV Electrical — Victoria speaking. How can I help?

Run your admin from the driver's seat.

Call Victoria from your mobile and she becomes your hands-free admin assistant. Edit invoices, add line items from your items library, send finished jobs — all without putting the kettle on or sitting at a laptop.

In the van — example call

00:38 · hands-free

Morning Phill, what can I do?
Update Sarah Jones's invoice — needed to fit a pendant.
Found INV00057, currently £140. Your items library has “Pendant fitting” at £65 — add it?
Yep. Then send it.
Added. New total £205. About to send INV00057 to Sarah Jones — confirm?
Confirm.
Sent. Drive safe.

What you can ask

  • Edit a draft invoice — add or remove line items by name

  • Search your items library by voice ("add 2 LED downlights")

  • Send a finished invoice on the spot

  • Fix a sent invoice the right way — follow-up, credit note, or revision (HMRC-compliant)

  • Tomorrow briefing — pulls QuoteSorted bookings + your free Google Calendar so personal blocks don't ambush you

  • Catch up on new emergency callouts

  • Voice-log expenses ("£18.40 fuel from Sainsbury's") — straight into Receipts

  • Pin per-customer materials shopping lists, read them back at Screwfix

  • Locked to your number + spoken PIN — nobody else can use it

Built-in safety: Every change is read back to you and confirmed by PIN before applying. Sent invoices use HMRC-compliant credit notes or follow-ups instead of silent edits — the customer is always emailed when anything changes. Full audit trail with audio recordings.

Currently in private beta — included with the Pro plan for early adopters. May become a paid add-on as the feature matures.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Does it actually sound like a real person?

Yes — built on ElevenLabs Conversational AI, the most natural-sounding voice tech on the market. Warm British accent, calm and friendly. Most callers don't realise it's AI.

What happens for non-emergency calls?

She gives a rough ballpark from your manual price list (so the caller has an idea what to expect), then books a free quote visit straight into your diary. Anything not on your list goes straight to a quote visit — she never invents a number. The customer gets a confirmation, you get a push notification, and a draft quote is waiting in QuoteSorted.

What if the signal is bad or she can't hear the caller?

Victoria's Smart SMS Fallback kicks in. After a couple of misheards — or if the caller mentions bad signal, a sore throat, accessibility needs, or just prefers text — she politely offers to SMS the booking link so the customer can finish on their own time. Turns a 3-minute struggle into a 45-second pivot. You can customise the SMS wording in Settings.

Do I need a paid main plan to use the booking system?

The booking system itself is included on every QuoteSorted plan — Free and Solo can take bookings via your public link or QR code. Victoria the AI receptionist is only included on Pro and Crew though, so on Free or Solo you'd be answering calls yourself and pasting your booking link manually. Upgrade to Pro to let Victoria handle the calls and book the visits for you.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Up to you — you can be upfront in the greeting (“Hi, I'm Victoria, an AI assistant for PSV Electrical”) or keep it simple (“Hi, it's Victoria from PSV Electrical”). We recommend transparency, but the choice is yours.

Can I still answer my own calls?

Yes — Victoria only picks up when YOU don't answer. Standard 'forward when unanswered' diversion on your mobile means your phone rings first; if you can't get to it, Victoria takes over.

What about emergency callouts?

Victoria has a dedicated emergency flow. She listens for trigger words (tripping, no power, leak, gas smell, etc.), confirms it's urgent, quotes your in/out-of-hours fee + hourly rate, takes the customer's details, and pings your mobile with push + SMS. You ring them back as soon as you can.

What happens to my number if I cancel?

Two options. (1) You get a 30-day grace period — your number stays active so you can change your mind without missing calls. After that it's released back to Twilio's pool. (2) Want to keep it forever? Just request a free port-out to your own mobile carrier or telecoms provider — takes about 5–10 working days and the number genuinely becomes yours, independent of QuoteSorted.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card. You'll get a real working UK number, full feature access, and 45 minutes of Victoria included for the trial period (matches what's bundled in Pro). If you fall in love and burn through that, you can drop a card on file to keep going seamlessly.

Different industry?

Victoria's built for UK trades — but the bones work for anyone.

Agricultural repair? Mobile vet? Locksmith? AC engineer? If your business books jobs and handles the odd emergency, the underlying flows already fit. Tell us about your trade and we'll let you know if we cook up a version for you.

Joining 1+ trades who've already raised their hand.

Stop letting jobs slip away ring out.

Your own UK number, real working AI, set up in 5 minutes — coming very soon. We're just dotting i's and crossing t's.
